在读Danny Dreyer【Chi Running】

今天调整了跑步姿势。同样的距离,感觉轻快了不少。

 

晦暗里,我求助了运动,开始恢复慢跑。

久不运动,加膝关节的老伤,让运动开始得缓慢,却不艰难。

 

跑步会成瘾

—— 我渴望那种运动后来自心底欣快油然
